July Retreat: Contemplative Creativity
July 5-8, 2012
Think you're not a meditator? Think you're not an artist? Think again! From Thursday to Sunday, try a long weekend of contemplation and creative play in a nature-full setting just 90 minutes from Toronto. Let meditation create a powerful container for creative work, while the creative work energizes the meditation; each opens doors for the other. Suitable for all levels of practice.
Private Meditation Coaching
Private and semi-private sessions by arrangement, to establish and support a solid personal meditation practice. Includes single sessions as well as three-session and six-session packages.
“Waking up isn't about getting somewhere, or becoming something that we are not. We are already awake -- it's just covered over with notions of who we are, who we should be, and how everything else should be. Meditation practice helps us observe, work with, and ultimately let go of delusions that block our experience of life.” --Franca Leeson

The Headless Way
June 2, 2012
In the workshop you will be guided through awareness exercises that invite you to notice the difference between what you are for others, your appearance, and what you are for yourself, your reality. You are not required to believe or imagine anything. As amazing as it sounds, all you are asked to do is look. Practice this "seeing" in a one-day workshop with Richard Lang.
