Open Class
Wednesdays • May 5 to June 16 • Swansea Town Hall

Designed for people with an ongoing meditation practice, the class will begin with a 30-minute meditation period followed by interaction between practitioners and the teacher, focussing on an aspect of Buddhist practice chosen by the teacher. The next two months of teachings will be based around the topic of Compassion. Practical exercises will also be offered to help meditators developing day-to-day mindfulness skills.

Come to as many or as few classes as you like, but please register your intention to come to one or more classes by emailing .
